Hot Chocolate*

Ingredients

• 3 Tbs. sugar
• 3 Tbs. cocoa
• 3 Tbs. milk
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 1/2 Tbs. very finely chopped bittersweet chocolate
• whipped cream
• chocolate shavings

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk first three ingredients together in small saucepan. Stir in milk and cream. Bring to a simmer over medium high heat. Whisk in the chopped bittersweet chocolate. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
