Ingredients
- 1 pkg. semi-sweet chipits
- 1 tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 2 1/4 c. crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/2 c. icing sugar
- 1/2 c finely chopped nuts
- fine granulated sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate chips over hot but not boiling water. Remove from heat add corn syrup and orange juice. Blend well. Combine vanilla wafers, icing sugar and nuts and add to chocolate mixture. Blend well. Let stand for 30 minutes. Roll in 1" balls rolled in fine granulated sugar. Place on a rach to dry. Let ripen in covered containers for sever days.
