Ingredients

  • one deep dish pie crust
  • 1 pkg 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 c (4 oz) sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg frozen crabmeat thawed and drained
  • 1/4 c sliced scallions
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/3 c milk
  • 3/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 400
prick bottom and side of pie crust
partially bake crust on sheet 10 mins
cool
reduce heat to 375
in medium bowl combine cream cheese, cheddar, crab onions
set aside
in a small bowl beat eggs-stir in milk salt and nutmeg
add to crab mixture and stir till well blended
pour into crust
bake on sheet 35 -40 mins
