Stuffed Peppers with Cheese & Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 medium/large peppers
  • Rice
  • Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook white rice (¾ cups rice, 1 ½ cups of water & salt. Cover and cook 20 minutes.)

Once cooked add butter and cheese still till melted

Stuff peppers and then bake 350 till cheese melted
