Ingredients
- 2 Cups of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup of each of the following Parmesan, Mozzarella, Provolone, Romano
- which is 2 cups total of cheese
- can use the Sargento 6 blend Italian cheese this also has in it Asiago and Fontina both ways are wonderful
Preparation
Step 1
For basic cheese sauce
bl end heavy cream and butter on medium low heat until butter is melted
stir constantly
gradually add the cheese
reduce the heat and simmer until cheese is melted
serve immediately over pasta
