Ingredients
- 1/2 pkg bacon, chopped
- 1/2 tsp chopped onion
- 1/3 tsp chopped carrot
- 1/3 tsp chopped green onion
- 4 oz steamed rice
- 3 pinches salt
- 7 tbs butter, creamed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon until crisp. Drain.
Scramble egg and chop after cooking.
Saute chopped onion, green onions and carrot until done and mix with chopped scrambled egg.
Add steamed rice to mixture and mix thoroughly.
Add sesame oil, ginger, sesame seeds, and garlic powder.
Stir in butter and soy sauce.
