Ingredients
- 1 bag Cheemo perogies
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 cup chopped onions
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Place a single layer of frozen perogies in a double thickness aluminum foil. Sprinkle with chopped onions, dot liberally with butter and season with salt and pepper. Wrap loosely (perogies must have room to expand) but be certain to seal all edges of foil. Place on barbecue over medium heat and turn frequently. Barbecue for approximately 10-15 minutes.
