Ingredients
- 5 cups tomato sauce
- 5 cups ketchup
- 4 1/2 cups prickly-pear syrup
- 1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 Tbsp. crushed coriander seed
- 1/4 tea. black pepper
- 1/2 tea. granulated garlic
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. New Mexico chile powder
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a large saucepan. Using a whisk, mix until completely blended. Gently warm on low heat.
Reserve leftover sauce in a tightly sealed jar in the refrigerator.
