  • Saw on Iron Chef
  • Do Sweet Potato waffle (with bourbon) and top with seared skirt steak (marinated in bourbon & herbs & pepper, etc)

Cat Cora also did Bourbon with piece of bacon fried with a little brown sugar on a skewer in the drink w/a little vanilla sugar on the rigm.

Also, boned the fat part of a chicken wing and stuff with a chicken (fine ground) sausage mix with bourbon and then deep fried them and topped with bourbon BBQ sauce.
