Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • Beef roast of preference
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 1-1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 c A-1
  • 1/2 c beef broth
  • 1/2 c red currant jelly

Step 1

Cook beef in crock pot to desired doneness. Heat sauce ingredients in a pan until the jelly melts. Cut meat and pour sauce over it to serve.
