Ingredients
- Sauce:
- Beef roast of preference
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp thyme
- 1-1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 c A-1
- 1/2 c beef broth
- 1/2 c red currant jelly

Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef in crock pot to desired doneness. Heat sauce ingredients in a pan until the jelly melts. Cut meat and pour sauce over it to serve.
