1/2 c butter
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c cocoa
1 1 lb. box powdered sugar
dash vanilla
1/2 c chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and add cream cheese & cream together. Add cocoa, vanilla, & powdered sugar. Add nuts. Mix real well. Put in 9x9 buttered dish. Let cool and cut into squares.
