Ingredients
- 3 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup butter/margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 Wash and dry chicken well using paper towels
Combine flour, paprika, salt, pepper; coat chicken with flour mixture.
In shallow baking pan in oven, melt butter
Arrange chicken in pan in single layer, skin side down
Bake, uncovered 30 minutes
Using tongs, turn chicken over and bake 15 minutes longer until brown
