Cole Slaw (Salt Lick style)

Ingredients

• 22 oz. bag of shredded cabbage
• 1/2 c white vinegar
• 1/4 c veg oil
• 1 T celery seed
• 3 T sugar
• 1 t ground yellow mustard
• 1 t salt
• 1 T roasted sesame seeds
• Optional 1 medium onion or scallions

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and pour over cabbage. Add carrots if desired. Let sit for a few hours before serving.
