Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsps mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsps plain non-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 2 Tbsps white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp celery seeds
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients; stir well. Cover and chill. Serve over fresh spinach.
