Brownie Cookies

Ingredients

• Cookie base:
• 1 box devils food cake mix
• 2 1/2 sticks butter, melted
• 1 egg
• 1 t vanilla
• Topping:
• 3/4 c brown sugar
• 1/4 c corn syrup
• 3 eggs
• 2 t vanilla
• 1 1/2 c chopped nuts
• 1 1/2 c chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Base:
mix together ingredients. Spread on 13x9 greased pan.

Topping:
Mix ingredients together. Pour over base.

Bake 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
