  • 1 8- oz can kidney beans drained
  • 1-1/2 c cooked chicken or turkey strips
  • 2 oz cheese, cut in strips
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 c sliced celery
  • Dressing
  • 1/4 c vinegar
  • 3 T sugar
  • 1 tsp grated onion
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t celery seed
  • 1/4 t dry mustard
  • 1/8 paprika
  • 1/2 c salad oil
  • Torn salad greens
  • 1 large tomato cut in wedges

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients, chill. Mix dressing. Chill. Add greens and other ingredients and serve with dressing.
