- 2 peaches, or 2 cup peach slices
- 2 carrot
- 2 orange
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (see Tip)
- 1 small slice fresh ginger
- 4-6 ice cubes
- Additional orange or peach juice for smoother texture

Step 1
Combine peaches, carrots, oranges, flaxseed and ginger in blender; blend until smooth. Add additional juice if desired.
