Ingredients
- 4 oz Bakers sweet chocolate
- 1/2 c skim milk
- 8 oz light cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz light Cool Whip
- 8-inch Oreo cookie crust
- 2 Tbsp sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate with 2 Tbsp of milk over low heat.
Beat cream cheese & sugar. Add remaining milk & blend in chocolate.
Gradually add Cool Whip.
Pour into Oreo crust & freeze 4- 5 hours.
5.5 grams fat.
