Step 1
For marinade mix 1/2 c red whine vinegar with 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp ground allspice, 2 tsp ground cloves, 2 tsp dried basil, 2 tsp dried thyme and 1 1/2 tsp hot sauce. Pour this into bag with a 2.5 lb flank steak. Can marinate up to 24 hours. Then grill it. I TRIED THIS 8/20/12 AND EVERYONE LIKED IT, I MARRINATED IT 24 HOURS, IT WAS STILL A LITTLE TOUGH BUT EXTREMLY FLAVORFUL.
