- 3 cups (8 oz) uncooked pasta
- 1.5 cups zucchini, chunked
- 1.25 cups bell pepper strips
- 1 cup drained quartered artichoke hearts
- .5 cup mozzarella cubes
- .5 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- .25 cup low fat Italian dressing
- .25 sliced ripe olives
