Ingredients
- 1 cup graham crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 container Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 pint medium-size strawberries
- 2 pkg. Jell-O orange jelly powder
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drianed
- 1 square Baker's chocolate, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together crumbs and butter. Press firmly in bottom of 13 X 9" glass baking pan. Refrigerate. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gently fold in 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Select 10 strawberries for garnish; halve and set aside. Crush remaining strawberries; drain. Prepare jelly powder using 2 cups boiling water and 4 cups ice cubes, following quick set directions. Stir drained fruit into jelly. Spoon over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 30 mins. Spread remaining topping over jelly. Score into 20 squares. Garnish each with strawberry half and drizzle with chocolate.
