Ingredients
- 2.5 tsp fresh yeast or
- 1 regular or
- 1/2 c poolish
- 3- 3.5 c flour
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1.5 plus 3 T water ( no poolish)
Preparation
Step 1
Pour 2 c flour water yeast into the mixer room temp,
Mix on lowest speed for 1-2 minutes or until completely blended.
Cover and Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Low 5 min
add flour mix 4-5 more minute on high
Rest 15-20 minute
Ball 280gm
rest 10 minutes
fridge 1-6 day
