Ingredients

  • Rice 1 cup (always double water for amt of rice)
  • Water 2 cups
  • Chicken bullion cube (2 for every cup)
  • 1/4 of chopped onion per cup of rice
  • 1/2 a sazon package (or to taste for color)
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1-Sauté onions in oil.
2-Once onions are soft add rice and cook for a few minutes
with salt and pepper.
3-Then add water, bullions and sazon, let it come to a boil and
then cover and cook on low heat 20 minutes.
