Ingredients
- 1 package Paneer, cubed
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 bag frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 2 cups whipping cream or light cream
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 5 cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon tumeric
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 3/4 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter add paneer and fry until lightly browned.
Heat oil add the onions and sauté, 4-5 minutes. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cloves, ground ginger powder, coriander, fenugreek leaves and garam masala. Add tomato paste, water and cook for 3 minutes. Reduce to medium heat, add cream, green peas, corn, paneer and bring to a full boil . Lower heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 1 hour.
