Tomatoe Basil Scones

Found this recipe in one of my tea magazines. Very delicious especially with a salad and a cold cup of tea.

Ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 1 TBS. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 TBS sugar
- 1/2 C butter
- 2/3 C buttermilk
- 5-6 sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 bunch basil
- 1/2 C cooked bacon
- 1/2 - 1 C mozzarella

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredient. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.put in tomatoes, basil bacon, mozarella. Pour in buttermilk just until mixture is moist. Put dough onto floured surface and knead gently. Cut out with biscuit cutter or put into scone pan. Bake at 415 for 12 to 15 min.
