Corned Beef Directions for Cooking

Ingredients

• 1 corned beef
• A couple of cans of classic coke

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300.

Fill roasting pan with enough mixed water and classic coke to come up to 1/4". Add corned beef, fat side up, in roaster and cover with lid. Roast for 3 hours at 300, then let sit in oven with oven off for an hour to an hour and a half more.

OR: another Market House Meat instruction card says:

Bake in covered roaster in 1/4" water for 3 1/2 - 4 hours.

So take your pick.
