- 1/2 apple - washed, cored and sliced
- 1 -2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup distilled vodka

Since apples happen to be falling off trees at the moment they’re a perfect option and they also happen to be perfect paired with cinnamon. And vodka. You can make as much or as little of this recipe as you like. The longer you leave those apples and cinnamon socializing with the vodka the stronger the flavor will be. It doesn’t take a math genius to know that the less time means more subtle flavor. We like options.
Into a canning jar (or the like) place apple slices and cinnamon.
Pour vodka over apples and cinnamon sticks making sure they're completely submerged with vodka.
Place lid onto jar and store in a cool dark place.
