Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped celery
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 8 oz shrimp
  • 1/2 can of sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp sherry

Preparation

Step 1

• Heat the butter over medium low heat
• Add the green onion and celery, cook until translucent
• Blend in flour and cook until it’s a blonde roux
• Slowly add milk, cooking and stirring until thick
• Add pepper, tomato paste, heavy cream
• Stir in crab, shrimp, corn and sherry
• Bring to a simmer and serve hot
