I found this recipe to be horrible. However, if you like garlic, garlic, garlic, then make it, otherwise, that is the only taste you will have in your mouth. I was looking for a sweet sour taste, but the pineapple flavor did not come through. I will not make again.

To make your own sesame garlic sauce:
Stir fry 1 minced garlic clove in 2 tsp sesame oil.
Wisk in 2 tblsp of low sodium soy sauce.
Remove from heat and add 1 tsp sesame seed.

I made this last night and it was a hit with my family. The secret to success must be in the sesame-garlic sauce, which I could not find at my local Food Lion. I bought a bottle of La Choy Teriyaki sauce and added my own garlic, but I will look for the sesame-garlic sauce at Kroger or Publix and try it again.

I tried this tonight for supper and I made up my own sauce/marinade and was not pleased with the results. I still would like to try it again if I had a recipe for sesame-garlic sauce /glaze. Please let me know a recipe for this or some place I can buy the sauce/glaze. Mine did not at all look like the picture. Thank you, Wanda
