CREAMY CHOCOLATE ICING
Found this recipe in Florida and used it for Adam's 2nd birthday cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 3 - 1 oz squares of chocolate melted
- 4 tbsp softened butter
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Blend sugar and water into melted chocolate squares. Beat in 1/2 egg and then remaining egg. Beat in butter. Beat in ice water bowl until mixture begins to thicken.
