Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds keema ground beef
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup besan (gram flour available in Indian stores)
- 1 piece ginger
- 3 pods garlic
- 1 tablespoon red chilly powder
- 2 small onions - chopped
- green chilies - chopped
- coriander leaver (cilantro) - chopped (optional)
- salt
- oil - for frying
Preparation
Step 1
Blend together potato, ginger, garlic.
In the Keema (ground beef), add red chilly powder, besan, and potato/ginger/garlic mixture.
Add onion, green chilies, and cilantro - chopped.
Add salt and mix well.
Let sit 10-15 minutes.
Heat oil.
Make balls or any shape of the Keema and fry till brown.
Fry on low heat.
