BROWNIE MINIATURES

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 oz semi sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 24 chocolate rosebuds

Preparation

Step 1

In a saucepan on low heat, melt butter, sugar and chocolate. Stir just until melted. Remove from heat and cool for 1 minute.

Gently fold in flour just till blended.

Spoon into tiny baking cups.

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until set.

Remove from oven.

Set Rosebud on top of each for icing.

Cool.
