Baked Apple

Ingredients

  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1/4 c orange juice
  • 1/3 c dry oats
  • 1/4 c toasted wheat bran
  • 2 tsp butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • 4 oz yogurt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Peel and slice apple and place in a baking dish. Pour orange juice on top.

Mix oats, wheat bran, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle oat mixture over apple.

Bake 15- 20 minutes.

Top with yogurt.
