Italian Flat Bread Pizza (Grilled Pizza)

Ingredients

  • 3.5 Cups A/P Flour, plus extra for dusting
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 stick butter, at room temperature
  • 10-12 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

• Combine the flour, baking soda and 1 tsp of salt in a standup mixer
• Add the butter and mix on low speed until incorporate, about 2 min
• With the machine running, slowly add the water until the mixture forms a dough around the hook
• Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface and knead for 5 minutes until smooth
• Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces, form into disk shapes and wrap with plastic wrap
• Refrigerate for 30 min
