Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 cups pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, water, vanilla, cinnamon and cream of tartar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook until mixture reaches the soft ball stage. Add pecans, stir to coat well, then turn out onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment to cool.
