Mexican Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 4 oz grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) bottle French or Western dressing
  • 2 c Fritos or Doritos chips
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (15 oz) can red or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Chop onion, tomatoes and lettuce. Put in large bowl. Toss in cheese and dressing. Crunch and add chips. Brown beef. Add beans and slat. Then let simmer for 10 minutes. Mix into cold salad and serve.
