    CUP MACARONI (uncooked)

    SMALL CAN OF TOMATO PASTE

    CAN TOMATO SAUCE (LARGE)

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN AT 400 DEGREES F. IN A LARGE BOWL, MIX THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS (MAY WANT TO RESERVE SOME OF THE TOMATO SAUCE AND ADD DURING COOKING TIME) PUT THE MIXTURE IN A PAN SPRAYED WITH VEGETABLE COOKING SPRAY SPRINKLE ON TOP A (LOOSE) TABLESPOON OF BROWN SUGAR.(reduces acidity) COOK AT 400 DEGREES F. FOR 15 MINUTES REDUCE TEMPERATURE TO 350 DEGREES F. FOR 45 MINUTES STIR OCCASIONALLY – IF IT APPEARS TO BE DRYING OUT ADD RESERVE TOMATO SAUCE
