Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Dill Philidelphia cream cheese
- 3 Tbs. Milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Scallion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup finely chopped english cucomber
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk Philly, milk, scallion and garlic until well blended.
Pour half over chicken in a medium bowl to marinate.
Stir cucumbers into the remaing half to create Tzatziki sauce.
Refrigerate for 20 min.
Heat BBQ to medium heat.
Remove chicken from marinade. Cut chicken into pieces and thread onto 4 skewers.
Grill 8 to 10 min. until done. Turn occasionally.
Serve with Tzatziki sauce
