Rhubarb Crunch - Mom

  • 1 c flour, 1 c oatmeal, 1 c brown sugar, 1/2 c butter. Mix and put in a 9 x 13 pan, saving a small amount for the top. Pat crust firmly. Place 4 c rhubarb on top. Cook the following: 1 c sugar, 1 c water, 2 T cornstarch.

Step 1

Remove from stove and add ½ t almond extract. Add 1 can cherry pie filling. Stir well and pour over rhubarb. Bake 45 minutes at 350. Serve with whipped cream.
