Ingredients
- 4 tblspn clear honey
- 2 tblspn light soy sauce
- 2 tblspn Worcestershire sauce
- 375 g (12oz) pork fillet, cut in thin strips
- 2 courgettes cut in thin strips
- 1 cucumber cut in thin strips
- 1 red pepper cut in thin strips
- 2 tblspn oil
- 1 tspn sesame seeds

Step 1
1 Combine the honey, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a large shallow dish. Add the pork strips and stir until well coated. Allow to stand for 20 minutes.
2 Meanwhile arrange the courgettes, cucumber and red pepper decoratively around the rim of a large plate.
3 Drain pork and reserve marinade. Preheat wok, then add oil. When hot, add pork strips and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add reserved marinade and cook for 1 minute more, stirring to coat the pork strips in the sauce.
4 Spoon pork mixture into centre of vegetable strips on plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve at once.
