  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 T Baking Powder
  • 10 oz Frozen Broccoli (thawed & drained)
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Diced Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Blend four eggs and 1 cup milk in a bowl. Then, add 1 Tbsp baking powder, 10 oz of frozen broccoli, thawed and drained, ½ cup flour, 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and ½ cup diced onion. Add ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper, and spoon your mix into the muffin tin cups. Bake at 400°F for 22 to 25 minutes or until the edges brown.
