• 4 T natural rice vinegar
• 2 T canola oil
• 1/4 c fresh or frozen raspberries
• 1 T Dijon mustard
• 1 T each lime (or lemon) juice and water
• 1 T splenda granular or 2 packets
• Fresh ground pepper to taste
