SHORTBREAD - MELTING

  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. cornstarch
  • 1 c. icing sugar
  • 1 lb. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and add icing sugar. Work together until creamy. Sift flour and cornstarch and add. Whip together until fluffy and until mixture breaks. Either drop from tsp. or add more flour and knead until it can be rolled

Bake at 325 F until light brown.
