Chicken Carrots and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb skinless boneless chicken breast cut into 1 inch
  • pieces
  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces (2 cups)
  • 2 cups whole baby carrots
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced (1 cup)
  • 2 cans Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2/3 cup skim milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place chicken, potatoes, carrots and celery in crock
2. Stir the soup, water, thyme, pepper in a small bowl.
3. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken & veggies
4. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours
5. Stir the Bisquick and milk in a medium bowl
6. Spoon the Bisquick batter over the chicken mix in
the crock pot
7. Turn the crock heat up to high
8. Tilt the lid to vent and cook for 30 mins until the
Bisquick dumplings are cooked in the center
