Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 large eggs(whip)
- 1 cup milk or cream
- 1/2 cup butter(melted, mix well)
- 12 strips of bacon(precooked)
- 12 medium or small eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese.
- Batter will be lumpy.
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl combine ingredients, break three eggs in bowl, add milk, add butter, make a well drop in Muffin tins, form the bacon into a circle. Place in the batter, add the yolk of a small egg separate the whites. Add grated cheese. Bake in a 400° oven this is for the 12 muffin size 25 min. for the large Muffin tin (6) bake 375° oven for 25 min. you can also reheat in the microwave if needed.
