Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries
- 7 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
- 2 firm, ripe medium nectarines or peaches, sliced into thin wedges
- 1/3 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 3/4 cup raspberry vinaigrette
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse raspberries and dry. Rinse spinach and dry. Place spinach in bowl and add fruit and almonds. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
