Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 4 ripe tomato, cut in 1/8's
- 1/2 green pepper, seeded & sliced
- 1/2 small onion, peeled & sliced
- 1 slim cucumber, peeled & roughly cut
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Put all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor for 5-10 seconds.
I serve with croutons
