Ingredients

  • 1.5 pound(s) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2-in. pieces
  • 8 ounce(s) green beans, cut into 2-in. pieces
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • Kosher salt and pepper

Preparation

Heat grill to medium-high. In a large bowl, toss the chicken, beans, oil and 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper and thread onto skewers.

Grill, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes.Using two parallel skewers helps keep wide pieces of food secure as you turn.
