Ingredients
- 1 pkg. German Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 can Evaporated Milk (5 oz.)
- 1 bag Caramel Bits (11 oz.)
- 3/4 cup Melted Margarine
- 10 oz. Milk or Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 bag Heath Milk Chocolate English Toffee Bits (8 oz.)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix together cake mix, melted butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
3. Spread 1/2 of mix into 9 x 13 greased pan.
4. Bake at 350 for 6 minutes.
5. Melt caramels with the remaining evaporated milk.
6. Remove first layer from oven; Sprinkle 1/2 bag toffee bits on layer.
7. Pour melted caramel over toffee bits.
8. Sprinkle 5 oz. of chocolate chips over toffee.
9. Spread remaining batter on top of toffee and chocolate chip layer.
10. Sprinkle remaining toffee bits and chocolate chips on batter layer.
11. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
12. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
