love love love this! I've already made these pancakes 4 or 5 times. My kids eat tons of these compared to regular pancakes. This has become my "go to" recipe. Soooo good!

I used 2% milk and the batter was great. Ended up adding a 1/3 cup more milk to thin the batter a bit. I coated the pan with butter and it made the outside of the pancakes buttery and yummy. Served as suggested with warm syrup and also served maple bacon. Loved this one.

Since we like maple favored recipes we liked it. Very good!
